Training on Team building in Nature 

Training on team building  for the the Aga Khan school staff was organized by school administration and Professional Development Trainers - Gulnara Abdieva and Ismailov Sadyk by the support AKES, TJ and KG leaders .

 Main goal of team building training  is to help the team to get their own experience through different team building activities,creating collage, followed by analyses of the result. Our training also catalyzes the team development and is aimed  at improvement of efficient vertical and horizontal ties, implementation of innovations and development of  loyalty among personnel. In addition it also aimed to build  friendly relationship among team members  by the end of the training Cooperation and mutual understanding among team  created good social psychological atmosphere. Team building training in efficient way develop the professional Team. Team spirit is an adventure and it will raise interest among employees of our school and will increase the productivity of school work. 

  Team building training one of the best ways to achieve to mutual relationship and optimal level of psychological compatibility of the school staff  and their a high emotional cohesion.

 Moreover we tried to develop different games where the team  members support each other and find ways of solution.There were around 40 participants including AKES CEO and School director. 

First activity helped participants to feel each other from different countries and great in those languages where are they from. It helped  to warm up  and prepared  them  to the next activity . The next activity was called " Cube", team members  have to hold their hands and with closed eyes  to create cube. At first site it seemed easy but when teachers  closed their eyes, did not see and just heard each other they felt that it was challenging task for them. We expected that there would be chaos  through shouting to each other. At the beginning they just  created figure but it was not as a cube. There were team members "I will be the corner of the cube now stand into cube".  Thanks to DD Student Services ,she tried  to lead  the team and request them to count and   four teacher stand into four  corner. Teachers listened to her and counted  numbers and divided themselves equally into four parts of the cube. At least they created  cube.  Excellent job was done!  The aim of this activity was feeling each members of the team . After the activity the participants shared their emotional feeling that closed eyes they can't do things properly they need planning and listen to each other and take decision. 

One of the interesting activity was creating collage " How I see myself in this team" Team worked in 5 groups and created collage with own story.  The team's collages were  so interesting and related to team's feeling, observation and future needs. This activity helped us to know each other from other side of the coin because they were so creative, happy and open minded. 

Other team building games " Skipping rope",  "Crab", "through hoop" supported team to know each other better, improve cooperation skills, to recognize that without team,  their alone can't achieve to the  successes in working at school,  and they also understood that in each 

work they need leader, develop objectives, strategies as well as  planning strategy and aim.  In addition they need  also to take correct decision for successful work.
